May 2010 –Miratel adds to their Green Initiatives by making website carbon neutral. Miratel is proud to partner with CO2 Neutral and confirm that carbon emissions from both the website and users of the website have been neutralized by the building of new renewable energy sources and by the purchase of certified CO2 offsets.
April 2010 – Miratel Celebrates 10th Anniversary: It’s hard to believe ten years have come and gone – it seems like yesterday that we had set up and were preparing to take our first call. From the beginning to the present, our goals and mission have remained true. We still have that same commitment to the highest standards of integrity, workplace conduct and business ethics that we always had. Ten years ago we wanted to establish a business that would set a new benchmark for value, performance and accountability in the call centre industry and that’s exactly what we’ve done. While our facilities and services have seen tremendous change and growth over the years our dedication to our customers has remained intact. We are very proud of the work we have done over the years and the amazing people and organizations we have had the opportunity to work with and for.
