Miratel Solutions is a 24/7 inbound/outbound call centre, eBusiness and letter shop mail house located in North York (near York University) that specializes in end-to-end nonprofit fundraising services. Since 2000, Miratel has been partnering with some of Canada’s largest and most reputable charitable organizations in support of a variety of telephone, online and mail fundraising campaigns.

As Miratel continues to expand into lateral markets, we are excited to be adding an Outbound Sales Manager to our team with outbound call centre project management experience. The successful candidate will be a leader, a team-builder, motivator and telephone outreach strategist that brings unparalleled business value with integrity, respect, insight and passion. Ideal skills/attributes:
  • A minimum of one year outbound sales management experience within a call centre environment
  • Proven results in directing outbound sales teams calling new, existing and lapsed contacts
  • Outbound telephone fundraising management experience an advantage
  • Outstanding communication skills with a natural aptitude for leading a large and diverse team
  • Exceptional work ethic with strong multi-tasking abilities, thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Professional and friendly, comfortable with administering constructive feedback and discipline
  • Excellent verbal & written proficiency in English – a second language is an asset but not required
  • Keen attention to detail, with an on-going focus on process improvement, problem solving and performance/results analysis and development
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible availability to work shifts that may include days/evening/weekend as directed by business needs
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Monitor overall performance, call/sales results and standards, leading change where necessary
  • Quickly react to business fluctuations according to operational protocol and labour/sales targets
  • Develop and administer/oversee ongoing solutions to achieve sales and other outbound targets
  • Assess individual performance through call monitoring, grading, documenting, providing constructive feedback and ongoing coaching and development
  • Forecast future outbound requirements and develop long-range strategic planning
  • Cultivate top results through ongoing development and analysis of training program in a way that best advances the mission of our clients and campaign/operational goals
  • Direct workflow of Project Managers/Leaders and assist them in completion of daily tasks when necessary
  • Effective promotion of incentive plan and proactively contributing to its on-going development
  • Administration of corrective actions according to company policy
  • Develop ongoing process improvement plans to streamline work flow, minimize risk and exposure, reduce operational expenses and optimize overall performance identifying areas for development
  • Work on other business programs and operational tasks as required
