Privacy at Miratel

Miratel is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, security and privacy of all personal information that we receive via our call centre, eBusiness and lettershop mail house services. The Miratel Privacy Policy is a formal statement of principles and guidelines concerning the minimum requirements for the protection of personal information provided by Miratel. The purpose of the Miratel Privacy Policy is for responsible and transparent practices in the handling of personal information that is in accordance with legislated standards. The Miratel Privacy Policy reflects the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and incorporates the ten principles of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (CAN/CSA-Q830-96).
