We are currently looking for individuals who can deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks within our two (2) departments: Call Center and Letter-Shop Fulfillment Division Our Toronto call center aims to be Canada’s premier call center operation and we look forward to meeting individuals who wish to be part of that success.
Ideal candidates must possess the following skills: excellent verbal & written proficiency in English; computer/keyboarding ability with a minimum of 30 wpm; natural aptitude for delivering excellent Customer Service.
Our call center is open 7 days week, 24 hours a day and our shifts are varied and include days/evenings & weekends. As such, we require candidates to be flexible with their time and maintain a minimum of 25 hours worked per week.
Miratel maintains a casual and friendly work environment and provides complete hard and soft skills-based training programs. We offer competitive remuneration with premiums and bonuses available based on assigned task. We also offer a rewarding incentive plan and merit rate increases.
A second language is an asset but not required.
