Call Centre Customer Service Representative
Miratel Solutions is an inbound/outbound call centre and fulfillment house located in the Greater Toronto Area (down the street from York University in North York). We are currently hiring Customer Relationship Agents (CRA) who can bring their best and deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of our clients who represent some of Canada’s largest charitable organizations.
As a CRA you will begin working within our fast-paced call centre performing tasks such as inbound telephone donation/lottery ticket order capture, inbound customer/donor support, outbound telephone follow up and outbound courtesy/sales/donation calls.
Ideal candidates possess the following talents/attributes:
- Clear telephone voice with verbal & written proficiency in English;
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm;
- Good communications with a natural aptitude for servicing customers over the phone;
- Positive disposition and goal oriented;
- Ability to concentrate and thrive in a busy environment; and,
- Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week**
**Our call centre is open 7 x 24 x 365 so hiring priority is given to candidates who represent the most flexible availability for weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
