  • Our Company History

    With over 25 years of combined call centre experience, the two founding partners of Miratel set out to build a call centre that specialized in nonprofit fundraising services that raised the bar for quality and integrity while remaining cost-effective. They had a determination to create a business that provided world-class solutions that would make sense for both the small, local nonprofits and the larger, national charitable foundations alike. It was the belief that nonprofits of all sizes deserved the same level of attention and professionalism as large, blue chip corporations that led to the creation of Miratel.

  • Facts about Miratel

    • Miratel officially launched April 1, 2000 with a 50 seat inbound call centre occupying 10,500 square feet in Toronto, Ontario. Over time, Miratel’s facilities have expanded to include over 250 web-enabled workstations delivering both inbound and outbound call centre, data entry and eBusiness services along with a lettershop mail house and fulfillment warehouse within 31,992 square feet. We use 8 sq feet for our company Mascot Steve.
    • In 2008, Miratel created a Business Continuity Plan complete with corporate-owned disaster recovery site to safeguard our client’s critical services in the event of an extended service interruption.
    • In our 13 year history, our workstation capacity has grown over 500% but our commitment to our original business ethics remains fully intact. Miratel maintains a distinguished client base that includes some of Canada’s largest and most reputable nonprofit and for-profit organizations and Miratel is dedicated to respecting and mirroring the heightened accountability of these valued partnerships.
