  2. 10 Top NGO from the Global Journal 100 Best List 2013. This ranking comes from the second edition of the 100 Top NGO List 2013 by The Global Journal (TGJ). 3. 10 Best Countries with the Highest Average Salary. This list was compiled by The Richest and though “there are a host of other factors to consider, like tax rates, cost of living, security, welfare packages, etc, it may be safe to say that these are the countries where you want to live in.” Their reasoning is that the higher the average income the better it is for the citizens of that country.
  4. 10 Best Cities for the Cleanest Air in the World. The 10 best cities with the cleanest air in the world was published by Care2 who based this list on “information from the WHO (World Health Organization) and the 2013 State of the Air report from the American Lung Association (ALA), as determined by the amount of ozone and long-term and short-term particulate matter in the air.
  5. 10 Best Cities to Retire in Canada 2014. MoneySense published this ranking and the overall methodology they used for this report was “adjusted to emphasize services and conditions for retirees.” This included weather, property tax, sales tax, culture, crime, health care, transit, hospital, walk/ride, proximity to an airport, new car, theatre, population growth, net worth and housing.
